Slow down, turn inward, listen deeply and meet yourself here and now.

The SACRED SOMA Ceremony is a safe space for profound inner exploration. It’s a deeply personal experience, held with intention to meet the medicine with presence.

In a Sound Journey, rhythm, repetition, resonance and frequency can create a space for deep relaxation, emotional shifts and easily accessible meditative states.

One of the most interesting things about psilocybin is that it seems to act as a ‘reset’ button for the brain, allowing people to break out of habitual patterns of thought and behaviour and see things in a new way. ~ Michael Pollan

Words From Those I’ve Sat With

Illuminating, profound and thought-provoking
SOMA Sisters Group

My second journey was illuminating, profound and thought-provoking. The setting was beautifully prepared and we were guided through the process with heartfelt facilitation. The universe provided the right people to journey together as we learn not only from our Journey but the feedback from others’ Journeys.
On integration, I once again felt peaceful and harmonised in my world. Sense of a limitless world. An added benefit was the huge amount of energy I experienced 2 days after the journey. Thank you to our 2 beautiful facilitators – honour this soul work they are called to do.

Music has always been deeply intertwined with the way I experience the world, it feels like a language I have always understood intimately. ~ BERNIKE

What is Microdosing?

Microdosing involves working intentionally with very small, non-psychoactive amounts of certain natural compounds to enhance mood, focus, and creativity over time. While this approach is still being studied, many people report greater emotional balance, mental clarity, and a deeper connection to the here and now.
